As an ASX-listed, high-growth tech company, we’re seeking an FP&A Lead to own our financial planning and reporting cycles, partnering closely with the CFO and department leaders to drive smarter, faster decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead annual budget planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling
• Deliver financial reporting that informs leadership and board-level decision
• Translate strategic plans into financial impacts through business partnering
• Improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across finance processe
• Support ASX reporting requirements through quality financial inputs

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years’ experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles
• Strong analytical and reporting capability using Google Sheets and Xero
• Experience in high-growth or listed company environments preferred
• Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team collaborator
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly with focus
