We’re hiring a Software Engineer - Elixir to help build and scale our real-time, distributed systems. If you're excited by concurrency, resilience, and shaping intelligent systems with real-world impact, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Build Elixir-based systems using OTP (GenServers, supervision trees, message passing).
• Contribute to distributed services that scale reliably and recover gracefully.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and implementation decisions.
• Deliver clean, maintainable code that performs under load and is observable in production.
• Contribute to performance tuning, metrics, tracing, and system observability.
• Work cross-functionally to bring product features from prototype to production.
• Grow into deeper platform ownership and support peer learning across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Elixir and OTP, or strong backend/functional programming skills with a keen interest in Elixir.
• Exposure to distributed or high-concurrency systems (e.g. real-time data, message-passing, stream processing).
• Understanding of system resilience and observability best practices.
• Curiosity-driven problem solver who asks questions, iterates fast, and improves continuously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
