We’re looking for a detail-driven Financial Accountant to support our Finance Manager during a critical period of growth and global scale. This 12-month fixed-term role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, owns their numbers, and brings systems-thinking to a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver accurate, timely month-end close across our global entity structure

  • Own reconciliations, AP/AR workflows, and statutory reporting tasks

  • Support BAS, payroll, and compliance across Australian and international operations

  • Maintain clean records and reporting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, GSheets)

  • Assist with ASX reporting and audit preparation alongside the Finance Manager

  • Contribute to system integration and improvements across finance workflows

  • Spot issues before they become problems — and raise them with clarity

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial accounting or similar

  • Strong attention to detail, with a drive for clean, audit-ready outputs

  • Working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Excel/GSheets

  • Experience with multi-entity or group reporting

  • Bonus: Exposure to ASX-listed businesses or global reporting environments
