Customer Delivery Lead, APAC
Sugarwork helps organisations understand how their business actually runs.
We capture and structure tacit knowledge—how work gets done, decisions are made, and expertise is applied—so organisations can uncover inefficiencies, improve operations, and build a foundation for automation.
Most of this knowledge doesn’t live in systems or documentation—it lives in people. It’s the context, judgment, and intuition that drive decisions day-to-day, and the reason many transformation and automation initiatives fail. Sugarwork surfaces this hidden layer and turns it into structured, usable insight.
We work with private equity firms, consulting companies, and enterprises to turn complex organisational knowledge into structured insights, process maps, and operational clarity.
Sugarwork is expanding into Asia Pacific, establishing our first regional presence in Singapore.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Delivery Lead – APAC with a passion for turning ambiguity into clear, structured insights to help build and scale our customer delivery capability in the region.
You’ll lead end-to-end customer engagements using the Sugarwork platform to capture how organisations actually operate—uncovering pain points, mapping workflows, and generating actionable insights.
You’ll own delivery from discovery through to final outputs, working hands-on with customers, data, and AI workflows to produce clear, decision-ready deliverables.
In this Role you will:
Lead end-to-end customer engagements across APAC using the Sugarwork platform
Lead and facilitate discovery and scope engagements to identify key business problems and focus areas
Design and conduct structured interviews to capture tacit organisational knowledge
Use the platform and AI workflows to analyse data, surface insights, and map real workflows
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement
Translate outputs into clear, client-ready deliverables (presentations, process maps, reports)
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Iterate based on feedback and evolving customer needs
Identify and drive follow-on opportunities with existing customers
Contribute to improving delivery approaches, prompts, and repeatable playbooks
You’ll succeed if you:
Have ~3–6 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or a highly analytical, client-facing role
Can take an ambiguous problem and create structure, insight, and clear outputs
Are comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Communicate complex ideas clearly through writing and presentations
Enjoy being hands-on—building deliverables, not just managing projects
Are comfortable using AI tools and developing intuition for effective prompting
Take ownership and consistently follow through on commitments
Thrive in fast-moving, low-structure environments where you help define how things are done
Why Sugarwork:
Work at the intersection of AI and human insight
Build and shape how customer delivery operates in APAC from the ground up
High ownership and visibility—your work directly impacts customers and company growth
Opportunity to create systems, not just execute within them
Work closely with sophisticated customers including private equity and consulting firms
