Senior FP&A Analyst
Senior FP&A Analyst needed to own budgeting, forecasts, and AI-driven metrics across global growth. Build models, dashboards, and investor-ready insights.
Decidr is part of Decidr AI Industries (ASX: DAI), an agentic transformation group building the infrastructure for organisations to become truly AI-native.
As part of DAI, you’ll work within a broader ecosystem that includes:
Decidr.ai: DecidrOS, an agentic operating system that connects data, workflows, and decision-making
Sugarwork: focused on capturing tacit knowledge and enabling AI-driven workflow intelligence
Together, they let leadership teams redesign how work gets done - embedding AI agents into the workflows, decisions and operating rhythms that run the business. We work alongside our customers to identify where intelligent agents create the most leverage, then design, deploy and scale agentic systems that plan, decide and execute real business work — turning AI from experiment into an operating model.
Backed by DAI, you’ll gain exposure beyond a single entity — working across a group that combines the agility of scaling platforms with the structure and ambition of an ASX-listed company.
About the role:
Our Senior FP&A Analyst will help scale the capability of FP&A as Decidr continues its global growth.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, data and commercial strategy, turning financial insight into faster, sharper business decisions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, GTM and Leadership teams to build forecasting models, reporting frameworks and operating metrics that directly influence how the business scales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from zero, solving complex problems and working in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and commercial thinking matter. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial systems, processes and insights that support Decidr’s next phase of growth.
In this role you will:
Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial modelling to support global expansion, strategic planning, and investor reporting
Own the company's operating metrics framework (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, burn multiple, Rule of 40, AI-specific unit economics) and connect product, customer, and commercial performance to financial outcomes
Build integrated three-statement models, scenario analyses, and commercial business cases, including Board and ASX-ready reporting and investor materials
Write SQL queries and develop executive dashboards that extract insight from source data and turn complexity into clear, actionable decisions
Build scalable FP&A processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure from the ground up
You’ll succeed if you:
5–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth commercial finance, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and CA or CPA qualification (essential)
Proven ability to independently build financial models, forecasting frameworks, and reporting systems, ideally within SaaS or technology environments
Proficient in SQL for working directly with operational and financial data
Commercially minded with strong stakeholder influence skills, able to translate complex financial concepts into clear recommendations for non-finance audiences
Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a track record of building structure and process from scratch in ambiguous environments
Why Decidr:

Help shape the development of DecidrOS and agentic applications
